Shipping

We pride ourselves in shipping goods as quickly as possible. In most instances, we ship out the same day if the order is received before noon (EST). We occasionally take longer to pull, package and ship products due to high order volume. Shipping Charges are a calculation of product weight, quantity, & shipping region. In most instances the shipping calculation equals the actual shipping charges that the carrier bills us. In the rare instance the calculation is off we will inform you of any necessary changes.

Return Policy

Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) before attempting to return any merchandise! Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of invoice date for a refund amount of the original merchandise price minus a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. In the event of a store mistake, Lindamood's TaeKwonDo America, LLC will pay for return shipping charges. Merchandise may not be returned after 30 days.
