Practicing at home is not required provided that students attend two or more classes per week. However, if students wish to practice at home, it should be done in an approved area with pleanty of space. We do have student manuals and a video with all forms available should students wish to practice at home. We recommend using the video as each form and one-step is broken down move by move.
