Path to 5th Degree – Aug 16 2011

Well here we are, one month away from testing.  I have met all my goals in my training so far.  My main goal between now and testing is to remain healthy.  I am nursing a punctured eardrum that has slowed my training a bit over the last week but should be in good shape for this week.  I am mainly working on making sure that my cardio is in good shape.  On a side note, my training has allowed my resting heart rate to be at 57 bpm.  I used to be in the 80s.  This is going to be a great for when I am sparring.  Low resting rates equal more range.
